To those continuity naysayers who insist on enjoying a story as is discounting the need for dwelling on 616 continuity its seems quite arguable a stand with this issue that relies particularly on 616 past/current points/developments.

No problem with appropriate cover and prerequisite Prev Page but then...

-Monica's seems to have softened unbelievable levels from her pre-mini persona. (Though less NextWave b*tchy is nice.)
-Night Nurse location still unrevealed but a significant fact to include. (Think her name reveal is 1/2 acknowledgement so far to confirming her DD ish reintroduction to the MU as opposed to revamping or retconning her there.)
-working for Doc Strange??!! (Thought she parted in behind the scenes in NA.)
-Strange practicing... (all be it magical) medicine??!! (Hardly seems a logical next step after 'running' from his Sorcerer Supreme duties)
-not remembering his fellow Defender was a really pushing it if intended purely as an in-joke. (And why not just blatantly footnote The Oath?)
-"Brother, Doctor" Voodoo playing with zombie spirits still seems wrong for him at this stage. ( http://www.comicboards.com/app/show.php?msg=avengers-2009061011531398 )
-okay, last issue AMBers offered fair argument for the changing Hellstrom character design in the mini but now we need one for Drumm. (Felt again for no good reason - maybe he was practicing his illusion casting unnannounced *rolls eyes*.)
-teamup vs Baron Samedi?, yeah right, the Sorcerer 616 Supreme is really just booty calling (BTW do we know the story where he killed the predicessor?)
-groin comment (only 'cuz using brackets in word balloons is a personal pet peeve)
-deferring to Pym was kinda surprising (considering that lately Reed is insulting him, Clint is smacking him, Norman is hunting him)

-Black Cat's financial and boyfriend problems need more attention to feel more real (The Puma and the Pennypincher is an intriguing direction though.)
-if Patsy 'pulls a PeterParker' then THAT Brand New Deal coooould prove to be a problem too (Intend to find out next issue!)
