NOT liking:
-The added cover price for Specials w/almost same# pages as a title characters regular series.
-No advancement on the different DP narration box identities.
-Interpretations of DP for the most part since his evolving characterization as of C&DP#50 ended.
-The prospects of another series & #1 http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=20906 at this stage.
-The Knockers waitress does not get a name and is only used to copy the same sights gag in the same issue as Outlaw later.
-The fake beard stubble.
-This take of DP's bloody, unending, trademark, 'Mr Potato-head' schtick (though it was better than the disgusting head reattachment that happened in the DR crossover this month and at least it takes a whole day to grow a new eye here).
-Puinsher using an (untested) Doc Ock-ish arm.
-Regaining consciousness so fast from electocution and the choreography of pulling Frank down.
-Continued lack of headspotlight on Inez beyond the obvious (though smiled at "OH, THE IRONY").
-Tombstone ever since he lost his unique trademark whisper.
-Reusing any MOE villain http://www.comicboards.com/app/show.php?msg=avengers-2009051319020473 with the still unclear chronologies since Hood 1st gathered 'em.

And out of pure curiosity:
Does anyone know if this script was completed before or after the death of Bea Arthur http://www.tvguide.com/News/Bea-Arthur-Dies-1005463.aspx with the coincidental revisiting of the funny running gag with her?
