-2 Two pages to see an unmarked grave. JUST an unmarked grave.
Have to accept Grace is getting all religious again -already decided to 'get all religious' in that GeoForce-VS-Slade ish. And have to accept Grace considers herself an Amazon - thought already intentionally and technically established, IIRC, from that Themyscara-VS-USA mini that she is Bana and not Amazon.
Could these pages BE any more spread out layout and panel count lite - though it may be unfair nitpick since just read a COIE backissue by Perez.
The mystery to have readers guess if its Anissa who dies was a noble attempt with the real emotional hallway scene but unfortunately predicted the first suspect would be misdirection.
Doesnt seem like BL or Grace. They BOTH lose it? Sure it's Thunder - so it may be unfair comparison having just read Pierce and Choi always to calm and cool but seems odd that BOTH strong characters start yelling so suddenly.
-11 Batman in a pinch and only Remac can save the day? Credit to the characters who responded to this ruse particularly BG and GA. However this was a missed a perfect oppurtunity to recap selective and/or new readers on his R.I.P. sitch/timeline instory. Will we ever learn him flying off with Parasite was not really connected, or was it? This crossover seems more and more in cover imprint only. And so what, Mr Dark Knight is gone for a few days - still odd that the rest of the DCU has need or knowledge to comment on it... how upset did all DCU seem for the 52 weeks he was missing?
Remac is corrupted which would normal be a good spotlight for an inhouse bruhaha. Despite umpteen explanations possible it was too weird to see GA just quit and storm out to suddenly shooting an arrow in panel 3. Should be greatful as it turns out the only effective Outsider... exOutsider in action this issue - for ONLY the one panel.
Not sure an articulate reason for it but the 2 panels of the building exploding were a dud.
Okay, theyre superheroes but c'mon! A little tidbit on HOW they all MIRACULOUSLY survived is in order, no? - thought this was really redundant seeing BG - who just survived an explosion in her issue this month, too, where readers got to see her diving out a window.
SHEESH Cant decide if Cassandra is anoerexic or a 98lb weaking in that pic.
Hey, another gravestone shot.
There's one for the WTH Guest Appearance Files. Did not know Man-Bat was a sympathetic father confessor, able to change at will, or a worthy addition to this chapter.
-19 Robin and BG talking about RIP but not really saying much. Batgirl is already doing the having others do her analyzing clues in her mini currently too - fortunately for variety sake its with Oracle.
Oooo 'The Black Glove'. Terrible splash page. IIRC this is the first even (significant) mention of this guy so this comes across as underwhelming. Besides that more a palm print than a glove aint it?
This was such an anticlimatic threat. Seemed more like Black Glove saying "Oh by the way, I might as well include the Outsiders on my hitlist for no reason other than its connection to Batman on the DC titles releases.
Only good prospect of the story. Batgirl leading the Outsiders instead of Batman since he has his hand in too many cookie jars all the time.

Didnt care for this issue. Is that unfair to say? Did wait 5 days for any positive feedback to reconsider some reaction.
