#1) Jimmy bumps into Moose at school (see:
"Moose"). Is about to develop into a fight but May Parker stops them

next day at school May Parker talks with Jimmy Yama, when Moose

Jimmy to a fight after school. After lunch at the school May Parker
once
again prevents the fight between Moose and Jimmy

At the school, Jimmy and Moose are at it again, Moose pushes Jimmy, who
accidently bumps into the janitor Carlton T. Hackmutter (see: Dragon
King). Hackmutter yells at the kids, and

down to the basement. Later in the cantina, Moose and Jimmy are at it
again,
Jimmy drops a glass, which breaks, the janitor Hackmutter comes to pick
up the the pieces and accidently cuts himself, he rushes to the basement

In school, Jimmy Yama theorizes about who Spider-Girl could be, since
she
always seems to be there when there is trouble at Midtown High

at school Jimmy and Moose are planning another fight. They plan to meet
outside of school. Later the two of them begins to fight, Jimmy
accidently
hurts Moose with a "lucky punch", and Moose is taken ot the hospital,
present
at the hospital when May arrives to visit Moose

and his family decides to sue Jimmy Yama for the damages done to Moose
during the fight. Jimmy appears in court and meets wityh his lawyer,
who
is also his aunt Sachi Yama (see: Yama, Sachi). His parents, his cousin
Zane and all his friends are present during the trial to show moral
support
for Jimmy (see: Yama, Catherine; Yama, Donald; Yama, Zane). In the end
the Mansfields decides to drop the charges against Jimmy

school, in order to get a tought reputation, tells two kids about how
he
manage to struck down Moose
