When Wendell's son Dann y was nine years old, Wendell, Harold,
Wendell's wife Heather and Danny all traveled to Tibet in search of
the nexus to K'un L'un (see: Rand,
Heather).Wendell was secretly a K'un
L'un prince, who had come to earth marrying a Earth woman Heather and
getting a son in Danny. Toppling off a treacherous mountain passage,
Danny dragged his mother and father over the ice shell with him.
While he and his mother janded on a ledge below, his father dangled
over the the sheer drop of the mountainside and called his partner
for help. Hoping to take over Rand's share of the business, Meachum
instead caused Wendell to lose his grip and plunge to his
death. Meachum offered to help Heather and Danny but they refused and
Meachum left them to their deaths. Meachum recovered from frostbites
in the Himalayas, and learned of the fact that Danny had been trained
by the K'un L'un people. Meachum returned as an invalid to USA to
await Danny. In the USA after nearly 10 years Danny finally
confronted Meachum for revenge, but took pity at the in valid man and
left him. Only minutes after a ninja came to Meachum's office killing
the man. The death of Harold Meachum was blam ed on Itron Fist, but

at a seemingly abandonned warehouse, unaware that the warehouse is

Department, and reveals that UNISYM has for the last three month been
under investigation, and the corporation is runned by C.E.O Harold
Magasy, who is also a member of the Mecozzi Crime Family. Punisher
decides to go to North Patterson, to investigate UNISYM. While there
he overhears a conversation between Harold Magasy and "Manny".
They're talking about "Manny"'s illness, "Manny"
believing himself to have leukemia. Harold isn't convinced. After the
conversation, Manny leaves in one of the trucks, while Punisher
sneaks around the compound. Suddenly he is discovered by Harold, who
threatens him with a gun. But before he can do anything, Punisher
throws his knife, hitting Harold in the throat killing him instantly.
One of the guards tries to kill the Punisher by shooting him, but
Punisher manages to kill the man. Looking through his pocket, he
finds that the guard's name was Hassan ibn Mohamet. Sneaking around
the compound again, a telephone rings in Harold's office, Punisher
picks up the phone, learning that it is Manny who wants him to come
to the place where they are to meet Yasir. Later at the compound in
South Jersey, "Manny" and one of his men meets with Yasir
and Ahmed. Yasir pays "Manny" a million dollars for some
plutonium. Suddenly the meeting is interrupted by Punisher but the
men tries to gun him down, but he meneges to escape. Manny yells at
Yasir, telling him that the man (Punisher) who just attacked them
must have followed him, Yasir tells him that's impossible, and that
it's his own fault for starting the vendetta against the Rosetti
brothers. Outside Punisher manages to take out a few of the
Mecozzi's, and suddenly the compound are under attack from the
Rosetti's as well...

who asks Punisher just who he is. Punisher tells him that he is after
the Arabs, and "Manny" gets scarred believing Punisher to
be with Mossad, letting him go. Castle and Microchip listens to the
radio, there is mentioning of a major underworld struggle under way
for the control of the New Jersey waste management business. It isn't
mentioned on the radio whom the struggling parts are, but Castle and
Microchip knows that it's the Mecozzis and the Rosetti's. Microchip
asks Punisher who picks up his garbage, whereto Punisher answers the
Scotti Brothers a division of UNISYM. Later alongside Rose Kugel,
Punisher returns to the Patterson compound, there they meet with
Manny again. Lou is also present, and Manny tells him to shut up,
because these two are Mossad agents. Punisher questions Manny, while
Lou tries to reach for his knife to take him out, but Punisher
punches him in the face, taking him out instead. Manny tells them
about Ahmed, and tells them that the Revolutionary Jihad plans to use
