Punisher Vol.2 #9 (Takegura is driving in his car, when is suddenly is attacked by Punisher. Punisher takes down Takegura's bodyguard and driver, and then takes Takegura with him. When the three of them arrivers, they're met by Sijo and Roky, and Punisher sends Takegura to Sijo, while Sijo sends Roky to Punisher. Arnold arrives and shots Takegura down, realizing the true plan, that Takegura now wants to kill the BBC'. Takegura appears behind Arnold and his bodyguard, cutting down the bodyguard, and threatens to kill Arnold. He reveals that he was wearing a kevlar to survive Arnold's assasination attempt. He is about to kill Arnold, but tells him that he will leave it to a man of honor, and hands the katana to Punisher, but Punisher cuts Takegura's throat instead. Before dying he ask Punisher "why?", whereto Punisher answers "for the bums, Mr. Takegura", Takegura drops dead..)

There they're met buy the police who tells them to surrender. Reed tells them that it was aliens who had impersonated them, and takes the police to the hideout where the Skrulls are kept. There the police is convinced that the Fantastic Four were indeed innocent. After the police leaves, the Fantastic Four are to decide what is to become of the 3 skrulls left. Reed decides to have them hypnotized to forget what they're, and have them change into cows.)
