Vol.2 #20 (Interviewed on tv, about the trial "Braxton
vs. Rosen". Claiming that the firing of Lloyd Braxton was nothin
more that a racist act. Later outside of the court, Clause Unger is
talking to the press, saying that no one should be fired because of
their race. Matt Murdock arrives and tells the press that Braxton
wasn't fired because of racism, but because of on-line gambling on
company time. The two lawyers goes onto the courtroom, to hear the
verdict, the jury finds the defendant Benjamin Rosen not guilty of
the charges brought against him, so Claude Unger loses his first
trial. Afterwards, Claude talks with the press, telling them that
sure he lost, but that was only because his client lied to him, so he
didn't really consider this a lose. He congratulates Murdock in front
of the press, and tells him that he would like a word in private with
him. In private Claude asks Matt how he found out about the gambling,
and accuses Murdock of paying someone off in Claude's staff. Matt
tells him that he doesn't do his business that way, but Unger is
still not convinced and tells him that if he finds out Matt payed
someone off in his office, he will make him regret that.

Unger stands on the side of the superheroes while Jameson (as
usually) stands against the superheroes)
