Subj: I Am Reading Operation Galactic Storm, And I Have A Question About The Supreme Intelligence. What Did You Guys Think Of It?

I recently got the trade paperback of the first volume (They released a second one, I think. The volume that I got was the only one at the time.). It was on sale, and I know that this is something of a classic story, so I want to read it. I recently got Wonder Man #9 on sale ($.50. Good deal.), and it was a pivotal issue, because it showed the Nega Bomb exploding. In the next issue (Which is the conclusion.), it is revealed that the Supreme Intelligence set it off (I'm not sure how. Um, how?) and that this caused most of the Kree to die. This was pretty much mass murder, and it seemed to be very ruthless. Is this in line with the Supreme Intelligence? I know that he's a villain, but is this in character for him? I don't know much about the character, other than the obvious. He was a good villain in this story (And I prefer my villains to be ruthless.), but I'm just wondering if this suits him.

As to the storyline, it does feel a little bit too long, and I still have not read a lot of it (Maybe even most.), but I did like the Captain America issues by Gruenwald, and the conclusion that had the teams divided was really good, too. Of course it had Captain America and Iron Man at odds, and of course they just made up in about an issue or two. With all of the bad history between them (Armor Wars, Civil War, etc.), I really can't see the two as being friends anymore, but the status quo is god.

Thanks for the help and answers.
