Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat #2

Sort of a poser cover, sort of not - sort of okay. Curious what the far left silhouette box is - chalk outline with blood?

PrevPage is serviceable and more enterprising than #1's. But having just read the fate of the Kravinoffs in Grim Hunt, thus placing this mini before, anticipate that their fates here will prove anticlimactic.

Felicia uses her 'new', old team to do a heist.

Spidey makes an obligatory cameo with an underwhelming silhouette style. He was handled okay.

Felicia uses her 'new', old team to plan to sneak into Bucharest.

Ana Kravinoff tries to capture some facetime still wanting the fuddy duddy antiques from last ish. The neat circle panel inserts could have been used more consistently for more stylish effectiveness.

Felicia uses her 'new', old team to do a heist in Bucharest. *sigh* What made this reptitiveness more bothersome was the frustration deciphering the 'nuff said burglary, here, that otherwise would have been seemingly serviceable if it had been clearer.

At the end the repetitiveness switch to intrigue with the hostage switch for her mom - ignoring the oversight of allowing for a BAR and GAS sign untranslated. The gist - though sort of odd at this stage - is that Felicia all super-concerned for mom turns around and uses her as some sort of bait for some crazy, unexplained as yet, plan against her nemesis this mini that just threatened her life?!

Sort of ambivalent about getting #3 - hopefully the cover or solicit will be inviting.
