Subj: I Just Saw The Movie And WOW- They Actually Did Wonder Woman BETTER Than They Do Her In The Comic. One Thing

I usually don't post here, as Diana is not one of my favorite characters, and she seems to be more of an icon than an actual CHARACTER, but due to the rave reviews, I saw the movie last night with my friend (He also likes comics and comic movies.), and I was pleasantly surprised. Based on the previews and on DC's not so great track record with their past few movies, I did not have high hopes for this one. But I was pleasantly surprised. Gal Godot is amazingly hot, and, wait, was there anything else to the movie? Does there have to be? Well, she can act too. She did a good job (And I'm not sure if I mentioned the whole she's hot too, thing. Not that that's a big deal or anything.), and she gave us a fully-fleshed-out character. The parts with her and Steve Trevor were the best parts of the movie. The film could have used a BIIIITTT more humor, but I did enjoy the humor that it had. The part with Diana and Steve on the boat at night was the best part. It was cool to see Doctor Poison too. I don't really know anything about the character, but I did recognize her name, and I know that she is a villain. I thought that she was going to be the main villain when I saw her/heard the name. She certainly LOOKED creepy (A nice touch.). The fight with Zeus was very impressive, but that brings me to two things that I didn't really understand:

#1. What was the deal with Sir Patrick? Maybe I wasn't following the parts with him too closely, but I forgot, what was his part in the movie before he became Zeus? I forgot his relationship with Diana.

#2. Why did Steve Trevor sacrifice himself again? I was surprised that Steve sacrificed himself, especially since I heard the day before I saw the movie that they are going to have a sequel. THAT I did not see coming! I also thought that he was well done in the movie (I don't know much about him in the comic.), he was portrayed as noble and likable.

So, again, I was pleasantly surprised by this movie, and I think that Gal Godot pretty much made it. Oh, and did I mention that she's hot? Not that I was thinking about that or anything, I just wasn't sure if I mentioned it.

Thanks for the help. I hope that the Justice League is done well, too. THAT I have high hopes for as well.
