It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?

Hera and Frigga are two completely different characters. They aren't remotely the same, never have been and never will be. They are two separate, and very different, pantheons. The Norse had their gods, the greeks had theirs, they aren't the same. What are you going to start claiming next, that Hercules is Thor? There are literally tons of comics that prove that is wrong. Even Marvel themselves have separated the Greek Pantheon from the Norse and DC has done the same.

And, Diana isn't even directly related to Hera anyway. Zeus was her father and he is no Odin. Not by a longshot.

And in the comics, I'm pretty sure it would have been mentioned. It never has and never will be.

Thor is not, and will never be, related to Diana.

It makes no claims that Hera is Frigga or Thor is Hercules. It states the fact that Gaea is Thor's mother and Gaea is also Zeus's grand mother and Zeus is Wonder Woman's father

Gaea is not Thor's mother, that's Frigga. Gaea and Frigga are not the same person. Thus, she couldn't possibly be Thor's mother. Odin is not even remotely related to Zeus. Gaea has always, in the comics, been a separate entity from Frigga. Again, my entire point stands. This is not mentioned anywhere in the comics, either in DC or Marvel.

And to add: I'm sorry for coming at you so strongly. You didn't deserve that.

It's fine, but Gaea is and always has been Thor's mother and not Frigga. Yes Gaea and Frigga are separate. Odin had Thor with Gaea and not Frigga. After Gaea gave birth to Thor he was taken to Asgard where Frigga agreed to raise him as her own. If you still aren't convinced here's a link to Thor's page on the Marvel wiki: "http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Thor_Odinson_(Earth-616)/"

Yes, not talking about DC Thor, kinda related as in Wonder Woman's great grand mother is still Gaea from her universe and Thor's mother is still Gaea from his universe. It's the same goddess from another universe.

I thought the Norse version of Gaea was Jord, the Earth mother. Saying Gaea and Jord are the same is kind of like saying Zeus and Odin are the same since they're both the king of the Gods. At least in mythology, I don't know about the Marvel comics.

Gaea was called Jord in Norse Mythology. So regardless of DC or Marvel, it IS correct whether addressed or not.

Thor in the DCU is Wotan's brother, not son. Wotan, Loki and Thor are a trinity of gods that rule over Asgard. Bruhilde and the Valkyrie are Wotan's daughters that carry the slain.

In WW 184, Wonder Woman lead the the Valkyrie to battle back Mars who was attacking the Amazons. Wonder Woman was considered one of them. This is later reaffirmed in a weird way in Superman 761 where Thor calls upon Wonder Woman and Superman to help him battle back demons who are attacking Asgard. Wonder Woman says that she is honor-bound to help Thor. How is she honor bound to help Thor? Because she got help from the Valkyrie in the past. The Valkyrie were like her sisters, akin to the Amazons. Therefore Thor (being the brother of Odin) is Diana's honorary Uncle.
