X-Men Blue 011
This was not a keen issue. Here's some rambling observations for others, who've read it already, to compare...
-the beautiful cover is more revealing than you realize 'til you see the last panel
-Goblin Queen & demons & her magical Hex-Men (in our currently magic weakened reality) farfetchingly easily beat four team-buster mutants (last ish) and to make it worse it was off-panel
-remind me the Cliff Notes blurb how/why Madelyne Pryor went sooo evil??
-does anyone really care about any of the What If-ish origins of the Hex-Men?? It would be more interesting to see their ties to Maddy and their POV for killing X-men they must've known. And the thoughts of Bloodstorm seem too generic instead of organically setting up her last panel decision.
-HATED that TK/Optic Blast riccochet combo move! Is there precident for this?? A clean shot would have been so much more believable regardless.
-somehow Tyke and Jeen stalemate Goblin Queen & demons & her magical Hex-Men until their easy escape thanks to their easypeasy version of Lockjaw: Pickles
-Pickles went Xavier bald??
-convoluted subplot story with the Colorado interlude continues; absent Miss Sinister leaves recording we don't get to here; big plot point that 1610 mutants were engineered and not natural like it matters now that 1610 doesn't exit; and YET ANOTHER, unnecessary?, unwanted?, 2nd-grade, alt-mutant, Blob, apparently made it over before Incursion -- BAH! to all this
-return of THE RAKSHA to team up for the rematch next ish... [sarcasm]cuz the odds should be SO much better against Goblin Queen & demons & her magical Hex-Men[/sarcasm]
-a Kryptonite-like "trap" to hold Magneto... hmm... gotta think on these magic magma mounds
-so, Maddy's big plan is get her own Council Of Reeds thing going, the clone-version, hmm...
-aaand Young Hank proves to be maybe even MORE as useless as Old Hank; details on his pact with her are still wanting
-for some inconceivable(ie. poor story presentation) Bloodstorm wants to help Beasty McCoy
