There are definitely some people out there who think that (And have written.) he is the best Batman writer, and I just don't get it. Morrison did some good stories, but compared to his body of work on the whole, his Batman is some of his weakest. And in my opinion, he brought in or back Silver Age stuff that was best left forgotten. I wouldn't say that his run was great. I think that he did a better job writing Dick as Batman than he did Bruce. But I'm really struggling to see how Morrison defined the character, or how he trumps Miller, O'Neill, etc for the best writer EVER! If anyone thinks that he is or isn't, can you please elaborate as to why? Thank You.

Quite agree. His stories made no sense. The villains were evil for the sake of being evil. They made as much sense as Adam West Batman villains.

They were metaphors, not characters. Do not get me started on Batman Inc. Bruce publicly saying he pays for Batman puts a target on every employee of Wayne Enterprises. Stop the business, stop Batman. So why wouldn’t villains who formed evil cabals just to match witts with BatmAn blow up Wayne businesses with people in them?

I also hate Damian, wish he stayed dead.

Or I could be wrong.
