It's an interesting detail within the narrative of The Brave and the Bold #175 that Lois Lane believes that Bruce Wayne would be an appropriate man to approach to contact the Batman.
Now back in the days in which these tales were told it was a common shared notion that the secret identity of the hero was often seen, or thought, to have a possible means to contacting the titular hero - that reporter and broadcaster Clark Kent could be able to contact Superman if needs be, that photographer Peter Parker might have a means of contacting his chief subject Spider-Man, or that Barry Allen had a contactpoint for The Flash. All well and good, all of these men are connected to media or law enforcment and therefore might be thought to come into a contact with said heroes. But... Bruce Wayne? Contact the secretive and highly enigmatic Batman?

Was there some established rationale back in the era this story was set to act as a reasonable precedent as to why and how others might think Millionaire Playboy Bruce Wayne might have such a way, or interest, in being able to contact Batman for help like this? Or is this one example here in the Brave and Bold merely a plot convenience...?

Because Bruce is rich. I imagine it's very easy for billionaires to find the people they want to find.
