As I said, I liked the story fine.

I think Jurgens probably got pushed off the books, in the wake of 9-11 and volume 4.

There is a chance he had another story planned.

I liked Jurgens run. He wrote entertaining, traditional superhero yarns.

I didnt care for the Marvel Knights run that came in the immediate post-911 aftermath. Far too politicised for my liking.

Even immediately after 911, Marvel couldn't resist making the villains in the story 'The Extremists' victims of American oppression.
