No prep (except where specified). No battlefield removal. No holding back. All characters in classic incarnations. Assume all teams work together. Assume everyone has general knowledge of their opponents' abilities. 1 minute of rest between fights. You get to choose when to implement the following options: Superman can sundip only for 1 round. Wonder Woman can get her sword and armor only for 1 round. Batman can have 24 hours of prep only for himself in the Batcave only against opponents of 1 round. How far does the JLA get?

Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Hal), Martian Manhunter, Flash (Barry), Aquaman, Batman vs.

1. X-Villains: Magneto, Apocalypse, Juggernaut, Exodus

2. X-Men: Rogue, Storm, Colossus, Wolverine

3. Heralds: Stardust, Terrax the Tamer, Firelord, Air-Walker

4. Guardians of the Galaxy: Angela, Gamora, Groot, Drax the Destroyer

5. Defenders: Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, Hulk, Namor

6. Avengers: Quasar (Wendell), Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers), Gilgamesh, Hercules

7. Avengers: Sentry, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Sersi

8. Avengers: Thor (Odinson), Iron Man, Vision, Captain America

9. Fantastic Four: Invisible Woman, Thing, Human Torch, Mr. Fantastic

It ends at 7.

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?
