Whether or not Beast is all that close to Spider-Man in formidability is a debate in itself, but I think Shang can take him. Beast's showings against the likes of Daredevil, Cap and Black Panther haven't been too flattering. You could say the same of Spidey to a degree I suppose, but his record against A-list MAs is better than McCoy's.
