Quote:Ah but he would have to have the coffins of adamantium constructed BEFORE his fight with Deadpool.
Deathstroke is always a planner. Thus, he would have them constructed before his fight with Deadpool. Deathstroke is rarely unprepared for anything.
Quote:1) He wouldn't have the adamantium on his earth
2) If he was on Deadpool's earth he would have to track down a metallurgist to construct the coffins thus costing him precious time while Deadpool stabs him to death
See, that's the thing. When Deathstroke has a plan, he makes sure he has back ups and contingencies in place BEFORE the fight. So Deadpool wouldn't even get the chance to stab him to death before being taken out. If this fight is on DC Earth, Deathstroke will construct a trap that is just as durable. He always plans ahead. How do you think he's done so well against guys above his weight class?
If Deathstroke can embarrass Superman in a fight, twice, he's more than capable of handling someone like Deadpool.
Quote:Yeah ok we can just invent dumb stuff. Deadpool just goes gets the Ultimate Nullifer and nullifies Slade out of existence. I can play that game too.
It's not dumb if it's one of the only ways to put down Deadpool. If you cannot keep this civil without saying childish crap like, "invent dumb stuff" then this debate is over. I have no time or patience for someone who resorts to childish crap. Knock it off. With that said, this debate is over. I have a right to my opinion, you don't like it then don't read it. You think it's dumb stuff, then don't read it, there is NO need for that crap on this board.
It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?
