I suppose. Certainly it was the right thing to do and the money goes to a good cause. But....the vapid, inane twitterings of UK and US pop stars mumbling about the most shallow of topics is hardly the defiant front the West should be putting forth. I'd have preferred some real musicians and artists told the kids to take a seat and put on an actual show with performances echoing the pillars of freedom and self expression instead of songs about butts and money and also butts. But that's just me.
