You're saying gun owners defended themselves far more often that there were even instances of violent crime.


Ironically, this is the same argument made by Lutz in many of his more guns less crime debates. They make no sense if you think about them. As if you factor the numbers out roughly it causes odd consequences.

I mean why are so many gun owners involved in so much more crime in the first place and why is that crime not being reported anywhere? Just sort of crazy stuff.

And his whole model is strangely dependent on subpopulations. Like if you remove middle age African American women his model falls apart.
