What exactly has Fox done that is wrong though? They have the rights and they make bad movies. Marvel isn't profiting whether Fox makes good movies or bad movies in this situation...so why should Fox feel guilty about anything or Marvel feel entitled to anything?

If Marvel wants the rights back so bad pay off Fox.

It's not that Marvel wants the rights back. They're just sick of fans raking them over the coals for not getting them back. They're sick of fans complaining. Marvel doesn't really want to make a Fantastic Four movie. They want to save face for not fighting for their flagship property so they try to make Fox out to be monsters.
