Well I just watched overall apathy to sci-fi/superheroes that I am feeling is still with me.

The kid has a right to not like Oliver, but I think it would be more towards his abduction, the explosions, the trauma.....

I'm sure it's all of it. His mother lies to him his whole life about his father, he gets abducted, finds out about his dad, his mom gets killed and he has to move in with this father he barely knows in another city away from his friends in Central City and Oliver's life is pure chaos. William's had it rough.

I've got a feeling the audience is going to despise William but I'm hoping not. I really want to see this Oliver as a father plot explored.

Oliver wasn't involved because for years as I recall he didn't know. Once he did know and confronted the mother he was told to only be a friend not a father.

I don't think William understands the intricacies of all of that just yet. He's dealing with a dead mother and a new father that's a's probably not the best time to fill him in on his mother's neurotic need to keep him away from Oliver.

Quote: I figure she wants to do other shows and movies but wants the door open for a return.

I'm really hoping for a William and Thea scene before this series is over. I've been waiting ages for Thea to interact with her nephew. I don't think she has yet.

Diggle I think is walking wounded. He was engulfed in explosions and I suspect 5 months isn't enough to fully heal up.
