Nah. Thea just spent months in a coma. Before that she was a psychotic. Before that she was a corpse. Thea needs to have a vacation, get laid, have fun for a change...her life's been miserable since what season 2.

Well Diggle did state in a prior episode that it was degenerative and spreading, and that experimental drug may have boosted him back to normal but as a result his body worsened without it.
As to Thea, I bet she suits up again as a new version of GA.
