3 examples of Hulk ‘can’t stay dead’-ing it-
Hulk #340 where Wolverine kills him for an extremely brief period of time.
Hulk:The End where the roaches killed him for like 14min I believe.
Maestro being dead for like a decade after being blown apart by the gamma bomb.

I'd more like the 3 examples. How close, I don't know. But I believe Ewing will develop a lot the "whys" and "hows" of it.
