I hope to see these baddies show up in Slott's Iron Man :

The Dreadknight -long overdue for a return.

The Controller -He hasn't fought Tony for a while.

Chemistro -I would love to see him tackle IM again.

The Wizard -battle of the flying geniuses!

Yetrigar -because I would love to see him again.

Gargantua -ditto.

Ramrod -the cyborg guy.

Stiletto & Discus -I would love to see them as a team again.

Doctor Demonicus - I love evil MU geneticists.

What villains would you like to see in Iron Man once Dan Slott takes it over?

Titanium Man: last I remember Bullski was shown as being alive in a Russian Gulag that Winter Soldier was in.

Or perhaps a closure to Gremlin/Titanium Man. Allegedly slain in Armor Wars 2 when his armor was ignited and cannot be extinguished but still plunged into arctic waters.....I do not recall any followup and the door is still....ajar...for him to return

Firepower: albeit upgraded and more streamlined

The Controller - but this time he needs to be more behind the scenes and operating through other villains and super villains as his agents. Make him less prone to rage overload and battling Iron Man like he has in the past.

Temugin - I prefer the son of the Mandarin over the constantly retconned and modernized father.

The Wizard

Doctor Demonicus

MOrgan Le Fey - seeking revenge on IM after his trip to Camelot....

The Crusher perhaps a new version if the original is too politcally dangerous

Crimson Dynamo
