I don't believe he'll be speaking in the next arc. I also don't believe he'll be a traditional vigilante-style hero. What I actually expect is a redemption story line. As for being king, officially the monarchy was dissolved by Medusa, but I suspect those who followed Black Bolt willingly before will follow him again, although some of the worst of these may turn away when they realize he repudiates some of the worst of what he stood for previously. He'll be sort of a king in exile, I predict, and perhaps a wannabe political reformer.

The fact is it isn't Medusa's place to dissolve the monarchy. It would be like Queen Elizabeth's husband Prince Phillip dissolving the monarchy in England even though the royalty flows through Elizabeth's family. She overstepped her authority. Black Bolt, Maximus, Ahura and Gorgon all had legitimate claims to that throne and any call to end the monarchy should have went through at least one of Agon's descendants.

Not too sure about that. He was banished. She was the head of state.
