Doctor Strange 385
Symbolic cover. Whatever. However, great story arc wrap up! It even decently cleans up the illogic mess it created itself regarding "the Tournament", "the Sentry's return", and "the absence of magic". Strange was an idiot for falling for the god's ruse (Wanda and all the other mystics duped as well). Strange plain out lied to readers about resurrecting Sentry for no good reason (or writer lapse). And the temporary act of bringing back magic will probably end up being permanent (especially since it's no titles have cited Empirikul anyways).
Degree of definitive chronology placement and helpful forshadowing of upcoming MU Events. (Clearly, somethime during this story arc Loki appears in ASM#795
.) We get an organic restart for Dr. Strange coming as Zelma leaves Strange, mad at him, and Sentry leaves Strange, also mad at him. Wong's already mad at Stephen, so, Doc's already paltry supporting cast just went to nothing. However, he will be called to co-star in all the other title heroes for reasons Loki can count on one hand.
Loki was handled great. Loki with guns = dumb. Loki truly scared of The Void = interesting. Loki teaming up with Strange to save the world = fun. Loki revealing The Events = reader friendly. Loki making excuses for all the mess = hilarious... and storyseeds curious. Loki gets a left hook to the face =
. Loki brings back Bats = a moment of JOY!

Is this the same Sentry that was resurrected during Rick Remender's Uncanny Avengers run? Or has that been ignored since Secret Wars? Daken also got resurrected during that run too, and he came back after (Did Banshee?). I thought that Strange and The Sentry were good friends. What happened to The Void, did he die again? I have been hearing good things about this series.
