You know what? I hope it happens.

Yes he said some stupid stuff in a heated moment that was essentially leaked illegally by Gawker whom Hogan with assistance sued, reached a settlement and what was left of Gawker was sold.

Now yes, Hogan did shoot his mouth off. That is a fact. But I do not believe that using the dreaded "N" word should automatically brand someone as a racist.

    Quote:
Hogan has repeatedly apologized, repented and there are some who have stated they never heard him use such words before or after the leak.

    Quote:
yes the WWE did need to turn their back to him after the scandal started but the dust has settled, the legal matters are dealt with, and while he isn't hurting for money I think the WWE really should look into restoring the name of the man who was one of their most marketable champions back in the day.

Rumors are that IF it happens he would be one of the WWE ambassadors and not necessarily return to the ring for matches.

I never liked him. Don't like his family particularly his skanky ex-wife and his son that crippled his friend. I think he's a creep. I hope to never see him again.

There are many rumors about the dirty politicking and off camera dealings that occur in the WWF/WWE and that Hogan was allegedly heavy into that.

Welcome to big business. \:\)

Hogan's testimony back in the day is what saved Vince McMahon in the steroid investigations, one wonders what deal was cut between them for that.

As to his son, that was a tragedy but I'm not a huge believer in punishing an entire family for the sins of one.

As to his wife, ick no comment.

But Hogan helped put wrestling on the map back in the day and for many years many times that he appeared he could still get the rafters to rumble with the fans going nuts over his appearance.

I suspect many fans have forgiven his transgression and would like to see him return.

WWE could spin/script it where some masked evil wrestler arrives on the scene and is pounding and grounding all the active wrestlers and even some retired ones that show up to try to stop him. The beaten wrestlers all say it will take a legend to stop this evil villain.

The comes a Wrestlemania, the evil masked Wrestler finds himself facing another masked wrestler. The match starts, it is even sided at first, then the evil one gets the upper hand for a bit and is pounding the good masked wrestler and teh commentators are doing their usual schtick of someone has to do something!

The song "REAL AMERICAN" starts playing, everyone including the evil wrestler look up expecting Hogan to emerge from back stage, only to suddenly have the evil wrestler scooped up in a body slam. as he lays stunned on the mat, the good guy rips off his shirt to reveal a Hulkamania shirt underneath and then rips off his mask to reveal that he is indeed HULK HOGAN! One last match for him to retire as a hero and winner as he Hulks up and beats the evil wrestler for good.

After that Hogan becomes one of the WWE ambassadors and commentators.

Wrestling, so scripted, so faked (though some of those moves do hurt....a lot), but oh so fun at times.
