The sets and FX were about as good as one could get given the budget they had....or in some cases didn't have at times \:\)

As to the cast, G"kar and Londo were perfectly cast and played. Those two are shining examples of the concept of frenemies.

Yeah I have no complaints about those 2. They were the ones I liked on the show.

Londo was also a great example of the road to hell being paved with good intentions. He made a deal with the Shadows, realized his error, got himself out, then had to deal with Reefa, then Morden tricks Londo back into working with the Shadows. But this time Londo was a bit more aware of things and the Shadows were more content to work with the puppet Emperor Cartagia.

Londo then manages to clean up his planet of the shadows only to be told there was one thing left touched by the Shadows....himself, and the Vorlons were still coming to blast the planet just to get rid of him!

Londo was ready to sacrifice himself then and there to save his people. Then later on gets coopted by the Drakh into being their puppet Emperor.

    The irony.

Also read the novel Trilogy Legion of Fire which details the time of Emperor molari and Vir leading the resistance against him.
