Well, THAT was the fastest backtracking in history. I mean, COME ON. You literally have them show up alive in the very next issue?! So much for suspense. Look, I wasn't exactly a big fan of 'killing' off Mayday, but at least COMMIT. I can't help but wonder if they've been served notice of impending cancellation and are compressing their plotlines before the book wraps up. I know Im not going to waste my money on this book any more.
I never had any impression that they were even thinking about killing her. It was pretty clear that she was just going "missing," and probably just to her comrades.
