Does it have a plot? \(fear\)

Um...well, yes, but not much of one.

Basically, there are three Mother Boxes. Steppenwolf has to bring all three together in order to destroy the world. The JL have to stop him.

And that's it.

Although by the end of the film, I was left with the very unsatisfying feeling that the 'plot' was actually nothing more than filler, and the whole point of the movie was nothing more than to bring back Man of Steel (I still refuse to call this caricature 'Superman').

It's another sub-par effort from Warners. The extensive reshoots stick out like sore thumbs, giving the film a disjointed feel. The cgi varies from mediocre to downright bad, and the characterisations and continuity is all over the place. The League themselves come off as jerks, and are reduced to irrelevancies by the end of the film, as Man of Steel takes centre stage.

It's not hard to see why this film has had such poor reviews and is struggling to make an impact at the box office.

It's just plain bad.
