If you were correct, I'd no issue with saying so. You believe that the device provides oxygen, and I don't. You believe that the device is similar to what was shown when Superman exiled himself from Earth, after moonlighting as Gangbuster. I believe it's a transmitter as he says in the issue. There's plenty of room to disagree without going into "denied evidence" mode.

And yet, here we are in the "denied evidence" mode because the issue clearly showed Superman with a breathing apparatus that doubles as a communications device.

Mind you, the last time you showed "scans", I showed my own, and you denied my evidence. I didn't hold it against you; I trust you're doing the same? ;\)

Of course not. ;\) And I usually deny your "evidence" because you usually don't have any to back you up. You come to conclusions and assumptions in which the issue itself never mentions or shows (i.e. Superman "flying" for the first time when he was clearly jumping, Supergirl flying faster than Superman, just to name a few examples).

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?
