Love it. A five billion year old Superman stands on earth, the last man to tread it's surface. Having returned one more time to pay homage at the grave of the kindly earthly couple who taught him the gift of morality. And he's frickin' powerful. The sun has turned into a red giant but it clearly does not weaken him. He even acknowledges that he could easily save the wreckage of the Earth by pushing it out of orbit, but he is choosing to let it go. And he's not bent. He's not covered by gray. He is as young and enduring as he ever was. A champion of justice who still fights the never ending battle for Truth and Justice.
Again, I'M LOVIN' IT!
Man, I'm ready for Tom King to have a Superman run. I don't think it'll take too long for that to happen.
