Thor vs. Hulk: Champions of the Universe 002 [of 6]

Is anyone reading this? Did somebody read if it was continuity or not? Tryco Slatterus is appearing in Thanos series before or after this? Just saw the preview and not really tempted - need more coaxing of it's merits.

I miss Dad & Dan.

No Thor plays Daffy Duck to Hulks Bugs Bunny. I am guessing it was supposed to be a homage to Looney tunes. Hulk looks pretty good and wins the round with the unwitting help of the thunder god. the object of the first round was to secure a belt that makes the wearer invincible. Turns out the frost giant that had it was assimilated by a Brood warrior and all sorts of high jinks ensue. Then after both get some more humiliation by the promoter they are tossed into a lord of the rings type world to find a dragon with a locket. Thor shows up without his hammer presumably to add comedy to the resulting fall. Hulk at least gets to scare the hel out of the local inhabitants. Meanwhile Thor has become a complete preening simpleton when he meets a girl who is of course the dragon in disguise. Next up cover shows a Hammer less Thor with swords and a weapon carrying Hulk attacking the dragon in a way that somehow seems familiar. Caught this issue for free and it still wasn't worth the expense.:)
