Where we stand on Jane is well documented. And his treatment of the true Thor. But I really think that Aaron has some deep rooted psychological issues for what he's done to Odin. He has always been arrogant, but at the same time, wise and benevolent. Detached, sure, but never a coward. This issue he literally sits on the throne covering his face in fear while the incredibly brave all mother jumps into to the destroyer to fight mangog. Even though she is still sick. He Just sits there. Want to show her in a good light? Ok, fine. Let them face him together. Nope. She goes and he stays. If you wanted to show Cul do something like that, no problem, that fits. But Odin? Nope. Per Aaron, all women are smarter, braver, and good. All men are stupid, weak, and evil. Odin was never portrayed like this in his 50 years of previous comic history. Just disgusting........
That's why I have dropped the Thor book from my pull list (among many other Marvel titles) back in October 2014 when Aaron ramped this crap up.
I wasn't really a big fan of TGoT in retrospect. It was blatant bastadization and ripping off of Jurgens, DeFalco and a couple other actually talented writers.
