So, how would subspecies or offshoot distinctions work for Romulus/Logan and their feral line. Does Tryp/Madrox still have their own genetic changeling line of distinction going on?

Is that what they were they called? I was also annoyed by the Madrox/Tryp thing and had planned to mention that but I couldn't remember the term they used.

    Quote:
Neyaphem? Gene Nation? Are they 'offshoots' or just a grouping description?

Grouping I think. Although I always was waiting for another shoe to drop with the Neyaphem and Cheyarafim that there was something supernatural or alien or genetically engineered about them. But I don't think it ever happened and they were just "mutants that looked like demons" and "mutants that looked like angels".

And speaking of the Cheyarafim...maybe that's the explanation for why Sam was mistaken to be a high lord. We know Cable thought Sam was a high lord and Sam did die after being impaled by Sauron and came back.

Sam's brother Josh was implied to be a descendant of the Cheyarafim I think So if Josh is descended from the Cheyarafim then so is Sam. So maybe a subtle Cheyarafim mutation is why Sam was able to pull a Lazarus?
