Quote:Eh. Cable's been the good guy using multiple barrels since 1991. ;\)
Heh. Yeah. Just he was all in for 'terminating' them with extreme prejudice and in the end he tells the reader they can't stay dead by his hand as if to absolve him of murderous guns blazing intent. Hmm... wonder what how his killcount reflects all the times he was guns ablazing in the Present adventures.
Quote:Not sure what you mean by "what she does with her." Selene pulls Blink from the extradimensional space she'd been since Phalanx Agenda. She then manipulated Blink by telling her Emma and the other X-Men purposely abandoned Blink in the extradimensional space.
Totally blanking on the whole Necrosha-X Event. Just was wondering what Cable was 'historically' aware that Selene to Blink in 13+ years. Apparently not so bad as Gideon infractions on the timeline now, eh. Was just curious for a recap blurb of the 'upcoming' Selene/Blink/x-Zombies.
Quote:Pretty sure that's Gideon reborn.
Which is completely stupid. Externals don't get reborn. It doesn't even make any scientific sense, which all mutants are supposed to do. They resurrect.
Thought so. Wasn't sure. If true, it did seem stupid as an open ending. Does this mean an unkillable External spirit will inhabit a new host shell? Since Gideon was sent to the future and eventually revealed to be sentient in 54th Century does that mean the baby got a newly generated copy-spirit? That's why it seems unclear. shouldn't Cable, now, know to look at the history books for this? Does Selene know this which means she may have been somewhat lying about what will happen if only 1 External spirit is alive?
Gideon: dead but coming back eventually
So, did any of these 'dead' ones appear chronologically in stories after this one?
Quote:Frankly, I don't want a single panel of this story to be canon. Poor art. Poor character assortment. Horrible plot. And I can't see any reason whatsoever for it to be confusingly set "13 years ago." All of these characters would have been cooler together in the present.
Fine by me. Just note confirmation of the temporal glitchwipe in-story.
