I'm assuming that number is pure speculation. Either way, I would argue that Hulk's tectonic plate feat is easily better than this one. They were likely larger and it is a more direct strength feat.

We can go back and forth comparing feats or how each character did against Ultron/Creel/Terrax relative to the other, but at the end of the day they were shown as peers. I don't see why anyone has a problem with that. Hulk has always had peers.

Prove that he could? I can't, but we can't prove Hulk could either.

That is pure speculation. Sentry has a glowy effect in half of his fights. Nowhere did it say that this in any way made him stronger. It's not supported in the comic. The burden of proof, as you put it, is on you.
