Warren had a happy life with his rich parents
in their big mansion, until his mutant powers started to manifest
themselves. He grew natural feathered wings, making him able to fly.
However, his parents freaked out and even asked surgeons if they
could remove the wings, but they couldn't. Unable to live with
together with their son due to this, they left him behind in the
mansion with only leaving the butler behind to take care of him.
Warren led a solitude life and became very moody. Until one day,
Professor Xavier came along and invited Warren to join his school
(see: Xavier).
At first hesitant, Warren eventually agreed to stay because of Storm,
as he was attracted to her (see: Storm).
However, he stayed away from after learning about her relationship
with fellow X-Man Beast (see: Beast;
X-Men). Warren later participated in the Sentinel
attack on the President's new mutant team, which resulted into the
death of Beast. When the mutant Longshot got accused of murder and
trapped on an island and used in a deadly game show against his will,
the X-Men went out to rescue the poor guy and discover the truth
(see: Longshot).
Warren and a few others were left behind due to their inhumane
appearance, but departured anyway despite Xavier's wishes not to. On
the island, Warren stayed behind to guard the X-Men's plane, but got
kidnapped by Mojo. He used Angel as a hostage in return for Longshot.
Longshot wanted to give into the threats, but the X-Men managed to
rescue Warren together, unaware that later it was revealed that
Longshot did commit the murder! Returning to the mansion, Dazzler was
impressed by Warren's bravery (see: Dazzler).
They kissed and became an item.

Donning a red, white, and blue costume and calling himself Captain
America, Steve’s new powers were used to boost the moral of the
Allied forces and to allow Steve to go on special missions for the
war effort. On one of these special missions to Iceland in 1945,
Captain America and his companion from Stars and Stripes, Bucky
Barnes, were sent as part of a special regiment to prevent the Nazis
and their Chitauri alien allies from launching a hydrogen bomb at
Washington. Captain America was successful in disabling the missile,
but was lost during the mission and presumed dead. In actuality, Cap
had been knocked into the Arctic Ocean and frozen into a block of
ice, which, as a side affect of the super-soldier serum, kept Captain
America in suspended animation. Cap remained suspended in that block
of ice until S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives fished him out of the Arctic
Ocean in the year 2002 (see: SHIELD)

Spider-Man #3
History: Young Peter
Parker was only six years old when his parents were killed in a plane
crash. He was taken in and raised by his loving Uncle Ben and Aunt
May (see: Parker, Ben; Parker,
May). A shy and sensitive boy, Peter spent more time studying
in high school than making friends in hopes of finishing the formula
to a molecular adhesive his father was working on before the plane
crash. His only two friends were the wealthy Harry Osborn and the
beautiful Mary Jane Watson (see: Osborn, Harry;
Watson, Mary Jane). The rest of his
peers teased or bullied him. Then one day Peter’s life
drastically changed. During a class field trip to Osborn Industries’
main lab, Peter was bitten by a spider that had been injected with an
experimental super soldier serum called OZ. The bite gave Peter
powers beyond his wildest dreams. He was stronger, faster, and more
agile; he could climb walls; and he gained a sixth precognitive sense
that warned him of danger. At first, Peter planned to use his powers
for his own personal gain. But then his beloved Uncle Ben was
murdered by a criminal whom Peter neglected to stop from robbing a
deli. After capturing his uncle’s killer, Peter vowed to use
his powers to protect the weak. For with great power comes great

Ultimate X-Men #1
History: Wolverine
is a man of mystery. He was born way before World War II, where he
served alongside Captain America (see: Captain
Amerrca). Later, it's possible that he got married. In his
later years, it was discovered that Wolverine was a mutant, and he
got tracked down and captured by the Weapon X Program. They tormented
him for months, and even erased his memory and possibly replaced it
with false ones. They also gave him a set of adamantium claws. Unable
to control himself for a long time, Logan was used as an animal in
various war situations, including in one he met and rescued Nick
Fury. He somehow managed to escape though, and was found by Magneto,
who convinced Logan to join him in his war against mankind. Logan
stayed with Magneto in the Savage Land and joined his Brotherhood,
until eventually given the mission to infiltrate into the X-Men,
Magneto's hated enemies (see: Brotherhood;
Magneto; X-Men) Wolverine
did as told, but changed his mind after meeting and falling in love
with the beautiful Jean Grey (see: Grey,
Jean). Logan confessed his mission to Jean after having sex
with her. He had an epiphany, and joined the X-Men in Magneto's
battle. After Magneto's defeat, Xavier helped Logan on his quest for
his missing past (see: Xavier).
During his search, Weapon X resurfaced and captured the X-Men and
used them as their own agents. Upon learning of this, Wolverine
enlisted the help of both Fury and his former Brotherhood friends to
help rescue the X-Men, however his Weapon X files, which described
his past, got destroyed in the process. Months later, Wolverine got
drunk and got into a fight with Cyclops over Jean, as Scott and Jean
had finally gotten together (see: Cyclops).
Cyclops defeated him, much to the dislike of Xavier, who made them go
on a mission to the Savage Land together to make up. However, during
a battle, Logan chose not to help Cyclops out, and left him behind
for death so he could be with Jean. When Magneto resurfaced,
Wolverine managed to kill his mortal enemy Sabretooth. Cyclops was
found and healed by Magneto's doctors, and had a revenge battle with
Wolverine, and yet won again. Wolverine chose to leave the X-Men and
return to the Canadian woods. He was confronted by Cyclops, who had
discovered a ring which encrypted Logan's real name and the
possibility that he was married once. Logan agreed to rejoin the
X-Men on Cyclops' offer to learn the truth behind his past.
Unfortunately, he ended up being attacked by survivors of the Weapon
X Program, who wanted Logan dead. With the help of the X-Men,
Spider-Man and Daredevil, they managed to defeat the soldiers, but in
the end they committed suicide, and destroyed yet another chance for
Logan to recover his memories (see: Daredevil;
Spider-Man). A few months later, Rogue got kidnapped by Gambit
(see: Gambit; Rogue).
Logan went after Rogue, and was joined by Storm (see:
Storm). During the search, Storm
confessed her love for Logan by kissing him, but he didn't liked the
idea mainly because of the age difference. After finding and almost
killing Gambit, Rogue called Logan an animal. This was to much for
him, and he once again left the X-Men, but was followed by Storm. She
eventually tracked him down in Canada, where after a battle against
Storm's former friend Deathstrike, they both decided to return to the
X-Men (see: Deathstrike)
