Post-Secret Invasion.

Maybe a 2, if I'm generous.

Zero

Before - by a wide margin.

Anything from her first year.

Abominably.

As said in the other post, I'll be generous and give her a 2.

Before, also by a wide margin. She was better before Bendis.

#13 -- The Shroud! Very big fan of his.

That Shroud story (#13-16).
I like Morgan Le Fay best.

I'll just say this. Marvel already had an amazing Spider-Woman mother, and they ruined her. History repeated itself.

I wouldn't, as I didn't read enough stories with her as an Avenger (I cut down on my Marvel intake after One More Day).

See above. I liked her okay, but did not really go out of my way to buy her appearances.

Avengers Annual #10, where she saved her future teammate Carol Danvers' life and simultaneously saved another future teammate, Rogue, from becoming an actual murderer. Speaking of this reminds me that I also liked Jessica quite a bit as a non-powered X-Men and Wolverine supporting character.

Gypsy Moth is one of my guilty pleasures.

Can't say, as I didn't read the stories in question. As far as I could tell from the publicity the story of her pregnancy was a gimmick; OTOH I would not condemn stories featuring her as a mother for no better reason than that there had already been other Marvel superheroine mothers or even other superheroine mothers called Jessica or Spider-Woman.
