Thanks for posting these. I agree with you, though (if memory serves); I look at Ledger's Joker and think, "Meh."

I still wish that they had been able to get Paul Bettany. . .

Bare in mind that even if they had of went for another actor, Bettany or Broidy or whoever, it still would have been the same plan for hair, clothes and makeup and whathaveyou, so the basic joker pics wouldnt look that different, except for the bone structure!

That said, I think Heath'll knock it out of the park (is that right? Im an australian t00- no bias I swear- and I think that was my first ever baseball reference) I mean, compare Lords of Dogtown to Candy to Two Hands to Brokeback etc, he's a pretty diverse kind of guy, actingwise, and who am I to disagree with Michael Cain and Gary Oldman? (neither of whom are known for towing the studio line, but rather generally both say what they really think about the movies they're in).

I've seen those pics & had them on my blog for a few days, they're really cool! I love how The Joker looks. He's actually pretty scary...for a clown, ha ha!
