Subj: Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman: Trinity (Hardcover)

Okay, so I've read this book maybe three times now, and I still cannot figure out how it could possibly fit into continuity.

I know some of you may say "It doesn't matter." But to me, it does.

Here are my hang-ups.

It's supposed to be the first time Superman and Batman meet Wonder Woman. Great concept, but how does that explain Bizarro? He was destroyed after his first battle with Superman (Man of Steel mini-series #5). So how/when was he frozen in the Antarctic?

Also, we see that Bruce has a young boy down in the Batcave, if that's Dick, then okay. But a lot of the reviews I've been reading are saying it's Jason Todd. That cannot be, because that would mean Neither Superman nor Batman, met Wonder Woman until Dick went onto being Nightwing? That doesn't work. The first time Batman met Ra's Al Ghul, Dick and Talia were both involved; and Dick was in college.

Another thing, Artemis. How is she younger than Wonder Woman by so many years? And when was she ever off of Themyscira? Secret part of her past? Okay, cool. But she says she's 18 years old. Again, the time frame doesn't work.

I've been told that this story fits into place post Infinite Crisis; I still don't see how. Somebody please tell me I'm not going crazy and that this should be labeled as an Elseworlds story.

Thanks for your help,
Rick
