Subj: Times That Batman Has Killed Since The Golden Age, Or Pre And Post Crisis?

We all know that Batman killed and that he carried guns in his early stories (Which still hold up, or I still enjoy them.), but ever since he "stopped", they have established the classic rule that Batman doesn't kill or carry guns. But since then, although they have been rare, hasn't Batman killed? The example that stands out is in the classic Ten Nights Of The Beast storyline. At the end of the storyline, Batman traps the KG Beast in a sewer, bolts the door shut, and leaves him there to die. Obviously this wasn't the end of him (Although it was probably meant to be.), but at the time, for all intents and purposes, Batman pretty much killed the guy.

I know that there was an other example involving Ra's Al Ghul where it seemed like Batman killed him. It was some Batman Annual, but in the end, Batman leaves him to blow up. I have read the storyline, and I will find a link to post later.

Darkseid during Final Crisis

These are the only examples right now that I can think of, but I'm almost certain that there are more. Does anyone know of any other times since his early storylines that he has killed? Let's also not forget that he carried guns during Year Two.
