> “THE WAR OF JOKES AND RIDDLES” part five! It’s tough to beat the two biggest puzzlemakers in the world at their own game, and Batman’s gambits have only pulled him deeper into the moral quagmire where the Riddler and The Joker do their dirty work. All of Gotham City hangs in the balance as Batman faces the ultimate conundrum: are brainteasers better than belly laughs?
Pretty much agree with this review although his rating was a bit too low:

> One positive thing that I can say about this issue is that unlike a lot of the others, it at least makes sense within the arc and doesn't go out of its way to go against what it's already told us. That being said, there isn't much to like with this issue because there's really nothing to it besides for getting everyone out of the way so that Batman can finally come out and tell us and Catwoman what the hell his biggest regret is. The art continues to be phenomenal in this, but the art has never been the problem with the War of Jokes and Riddles.
It's hard to imagine that Batman fears he jeopardized or compromised Catwoman more than he did this issue but almost getting her killed (or worse?) for his questionable or pyrrhic victory in the War of Jokes and Riddles. I looks like next ish we FIIIIINALLY will see what might make her say no to the marriage proposal - which has almost gotten anticlimactic at this point. The art continues to be enjoyable and the perfect cover is source of the new banner submission.
