Marvel truly messed up the marriage of Storm and BP, but whenever they do a time-travel story they always have a kid in the future. Check out Battle for the Atom. There is a character called Kymera (sp?) that looks just like Storm, and has a big ol panther with her at all times. (The cat has not yet been explained).
