Pretty average run-of-the-mill adventure in a sadly gimmicky numbered package. It feels like the wrong way to market this Event and the "2nd Part" on the cover doesn't help, imo. Then again, Marvel has done this multi #1 crossovers before and probably has sales evidence to support the decision. Still don't like that about it, though.
Supervillainess Malice(Nakia) launches a pretty standard power upgrade scheme that goes awry and 3 X-men and 3 Dora Milaje make efforts to stop her. The only story element that really got a rise out of me was this page:
where the she wrongly assumes the math answer could also be "1" which is WRONG, afaik, and that answer can ONLY be "9". The art was okay; Storm's hairdo dujour was okay too. What did you think of the story - or the math?
