Which of these Alien dealing specialists would top the other?You have Commander Zed and his vast resource of agents and Alien technology at the organizations disposal vs. Torchwood who are currently down to three members and UNIT who are sanctioned by the UN and have a lot of manpower plus Miss Sarah Jane Smith and K-9 plus her advanced Mr. Smith Computer.Who gets the upper hand here?
