These two titans have never met to the best of my knowledge, but if they did come across the other while in the City and on a case who would you favor to better thee other? Mentally and Physically what are their strengths and weaknesses relative to the other?

I would overall favor the Phantom. He certainly looks the most physically able of the two. Both are great shots, but the Phantom`s marksmanship ability seems more constantly over the top, sometimes not even needing to look at someone or something to hit the bullseye.

Shadow`s major point in favor are definatly his mental abilities that in certain remakes, such as DC, look to be an actual superpower.

I've read only one or two Phantom comics, but I did watch the Defenders of the Earth cartoon as a kid. If Phantom has the power of ten tigers (whatever that works out at) then I figure he could physically take the Shadow, but I'm not sure if that's part of the comics continiuity. In comics he has guns. So if he's just a regular guy with guns, he's pretty even with the Shadow physically, but the Shadow's got that invisibility/mind mojo working for him as well as the guns. This being the case, I think the Shadow would take the win.
