He's pertty close to Spidey's league in strengh.
Is Way faster then Cap probably Spidey too.
Has healing factor that's pertty Badass.
Is in BatMan's class in fighting ability.
Carries all kind of weapons.
And uses his Mind very greatly in battles to take down oppenants greater then him...

What for SURE is neither by themself should really stand chance....
