If Doomsday H/P ended up in Asgard and were to end up facing Odin, would he dispatch him with the ease he did Darkseid, barely win or lose?

Odin is fundamentally more powerful perhaps but by this stage Doomsday had been inured to the Guardians Green Lantern energy, The Radiant & in theory Darkseids Omega Force for just three examples. The amount of power Odin would have to bring to bear would be extreme even by his standards and as seen with Darkseid may well be inneffective - Darkseid is a killer who set out to kill and hence thought for sure he'd finished Doomsday.

Odin isn't going to put enough power out while on his own ground to be able to beat Doomsday instantly as he has little idea how powerful the creature really is, the force necessary would probobly destroy Asgard totally and then there is the question of Doomsday speed and ferocity versus Odins durability, and what if Doomsday is able to adapt on the spot to the Odinpower as he did against the Guardians etc..... Basically Odin only gets the one chance and It's not going to end well for him in all probobility.

Think the key would be here what version of H/P DD?

At that time he faced off against Supes...

Supes was fighting smart, using flight/HV, had a Mother Box and Tech...

Still got a broken arm, barely stayed even with DD...

Think that DD could evolve on the fly, did not have to taste death, so Odin at better be unloading the ole "beat back" galactus power right at the start, or else he would get toasted...

I don't think it has ever really been made clear to what extent the Omega effect is magic. If Doomsday can evolve to protect against magic Odin may get a win at first, but at the rate Doomsday was evolving he is in for a brutal beat down the second time. If Odin takes the time to learn what Doomsday is he may consider the possibility of this and use some spell to send Doomsday away or prevent him from evolving.

Darkseid = or ~ Odin? that was never the case, not even close on DS's best days..

Darkseid may have Omegas but Odin is the Skyfather version of Alpha & Omega

doesn't matter what Doomsday version, Odin will find the way to negate or cancel his adaptive ability if such a thing is possible

if there is no way to do this, then DD would beat anyone & everyone eventually, and that makes any question of DD vs ... as moot
